We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Timepieces must be returned in unworn, original condition with all protective plastic, tags, and packaging intact.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team at returns@farerwatches.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization.
Prepare Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.
Ship Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and drop the package at your nearest authorized courier point.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, our watchmakers will inspect the piece. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
